Having regard to the fact that the respondent-company is directed to be wound up in C.P.No.201 of 2015, by a separate order, there is no necessity to pass any winding up order of the respondentcompany in this Company Petition. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this Company Petition.

Accordingly, the Company Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
