THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45729 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in seizing the assets of the petitioner's unit on 20.12.2016 and notice dated 21.12.2016 issued by the second respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 16.4.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
