THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27413 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition apprehending that respondents might erect a high power transmission tower of 400 KV in his lands.

Sri N.Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5 states that no transmission tower will be erected in the lands of the petitioners, and only the power lines will pass above the petitioners' lands. 3.

In view of the said submissions, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
