This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.3 in conducting investigation and filing final report in Cr.No.119 of 2018, dated 22-03-2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that three witnesses were examined. It is stated that investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible and appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Court.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file appropriate report.
