When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against respondent No.3 was dismissed for default vide orders dated 18.08.2010. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed in S.E.No.13 of 2001, dated 03.02.2003 passed by the Labour Officer-IV (H), Hyderabad and the orders in S.A.No.1 of 2003, dated 13.11.2003, passed by the Authority under Section 48(1)/53 of A.P. Shops and Establishments Act, 1988. The said orders are in favour of respondent No.3 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to ensure that the writ petition against the 3rd respondent/workman is restored. In the absence of respondent No.3, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. 2.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
