The decree holder is the revision petitioner. The revision is directed against CFR No.3557 of 2017 in E.P.No. of 2017 in O.S.No.132 of 2015 in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Yemmiganur. Counsel for petitioner fairly submits that the revision is directed against the return of CFR No.3557 of 2017 filed by the decree holder and does not wish to make submissions on merits in this behalf, but requests leave of the Court to represent CRF No.3557 of 2017 by properly attending to the office objection.

His statement is placed on record and accepted. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
