Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20584 of 2006 dated 29.9.2006 and requested to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order. Copy of the said order is also placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "It is true that the petitioner ought to have complied with the production of the documents in terms of the order of the Tribunal. However, for the reasons explained by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, I deem it appropriate to extend the time for production of the said documents in terms of the order dated 22.9.2003 in A.P.No.299 of 2003 by three months from today, in default, the permit granted to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn ." 2.

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded herein, this writ petition is disposed in terms thereof, granting two months time from today to the petitioner herein for production of documents in terms of the order dated 22.9.2003 in A.P.No.299 of 2003 on the file of State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad. In default, the permit granted to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
