THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 29196 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioner assails the action of the respondents in not inducting her into the 3rd respondent-Bank as Special Category Assistant in terms of G.O.Ms.No.67, Agriculture & Cooperation Department, dated 20.02.2009.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also filed W.P.No.24509 of 2008 and this Court by its orders dated 10.11.2008 permitted the petitioner to appear for interview. The petitioner appeared for the interview and her case came to be rejected by the 2nd respondent vide his orders dated 24.11.2008 on the ground that the Municipal Corporation Public Health Workers Cooperative Society cannot be equated with or called as Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, thereby the petitioner who is working with the Municipal Corporation Public Health Workers Cooperative Society is not eligible.
