Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that petitioner had applied on 08-01-2016 before the 4th respondent for mutate of petitioner's name in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land, but no action is being taken thereon by 4th respondent in spite of the fact that on 25-09-2006 the 4th respondent himself has passed order in favour of petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents state that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.08-01-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
