HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27475 OF 2018 ORDER (ORAL) : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...... a writ of MANDAMUS by declaring the action of the respondents in trying to relieve the petitioner from the present place of working without passing any orders on the representations made by the petitioner and without considering the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent vide Lr.No.1789/E1(1)/2016, dated 31.03.2016, letter no.1789/E3/2016, dated 13.11.2017 and letter no.1789/E3/2016, dated 21.05.
2018 and repeatedly insisting the petitioner to give consent for taking last rank in the cadre of Assistant Hydrologist in Zone-VI of Telangana State as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discrimination, contrary to rules and also violation of principles of natural justice, equity and fair play and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pass necessary orders to retain the petitioner in Telangana State permanently by considering the proposals submitted by the 3rd respondent dated 31.03.2016, 13.11.2017 and 21.05.2018 in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Sri S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, after addressing the Court on merits for some time, alternatively submits that the petitioner is satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28.04.2018 read with proposal dated 31.03.2016 etc., as expeditiously as possible.
3. The learned Government Pleader for General Administration and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation do not oppose the request of the petitioner for disposing of the writ petition with a direction to pass orders on the pending representations. Hence, the following order.
4. The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation together with proposals by enclosing a copy of this order within a week from today. The respondents would consider and pass orders on the representation keeping in view the proposals dated 31.03.2016 within a further period of four (4) weeks thereafter.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand closed.
