This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or INrection, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the representation dated 19-11-2016 fry exercise their official powers vested to protect the property Dargah Hazrat Bandgi Miyan Syed Roohulla Ra and Hazrat Miyan Syed Mahmood and Abdul Rahman Khan is the notified Wakf Institution having registered in A.P.Gazette No.31, dt: 4-8-2005, in Sy.No.31, Ac.13-26 gts, situated at Nekhnampur Village, Rajendranagar Manclal. Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, un constitutional and violation of principles of natural justice." 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted representation dated 19.11.2016 and so far no action has been taken on the said representation. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent that appropriate action will be taken on the said representation in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representation dated 19.11.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
