HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2072 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri I.Munni Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to filing of this Contempt Case complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 26.12.2013 passed in W.P.M.P. No.46418 of 2013 in W.P. No.37303 of 2013, the Writ Petition itself got disposed of by giving certain directions to the 3rd respondent - Joint Collector.

Taking into consideration the fact that the Writ Petition itself stands disposed of, this Court does not find it necessary to deal with the Contempt Case, at this point of time.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
