THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4825 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in crime No.73 of 2015 on the file of the Kovvur Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 376(2)(i) IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is nothing to do with the allegations levelled against him. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested on 05.04.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kovvur, West Godavari District. The petitioner is directed to report to the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10 A.M. and 5 P.M. until further orders.
