This appeal is preferred against order dated 04.08.2008 in I.A.No.780 of 2007 in O.S.No.364 of 2007 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Appellant herein is defendant in O.S.No.364 of 2007 and trial Court granted temporary injunction in I.A.No.780 of 2007 pending disposal of the suit.

3. As per the office note, the main suit O.S.No.364 of 2007 was disposed of on 05.02.2011.

4. In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'Specially identified cases', neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation is made on behalf of appellant.

5. As main appeal itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this appeal.

6. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
