Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Keshava Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

Petitioner is working as a Pump Driver in filter bed in GHMC Engineering Section in Rajendranagar Municipal Office. His grievance is that three annual grade increments payable to him for 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 have not been paid to him and that no reason has been assigned by respondents for denying them to him. Petitioner had made representations on 03.01.2014, 07.03.2015 and 08.04.2015 to the 3rd respondent and contends that no response has been received from the 3rd respondent to the said representations.

Sri P.Keshava Rao, Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.08.04.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.08.04.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
