HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27568 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR basing on the complaints of the petitioner dated 23.06.2018 and 13.07.2018 and in not taking necessary action on the said complaints.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that at the instance of the Panchayat Secretary, in respect of the same issue, Crime No.203/2018 was registered on 31.07.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of and it is expected that the respondent police conduct investigation in the said crime, as expeditiously as possible and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
