This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the revision filed by the petitioners under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after issuing notices to the petitioners as well as unofficial respondents, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
