THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4969 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.9 in C.C.No.207 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Addateegala.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/A.9 filed letter dated 18.07.2017 seeking permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
