This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Section 389(2) of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him by suspending the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar, vide order, dated 16.04.2015, in CC No.1057 of 2014, pending disposal of Crl.A. No.46 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar. When the matter was taken up on 14.05.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for adjournment. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner and no representation is made on his behalf.
