Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue a writ or writs or order or orders one more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in deviating from the procedure adopted by the 4th respondent regarding details in application form of Intermediate marks, advertisement, procedure of declaring the result and not considering petitioner's submission of information regarding marks secured in Intermediate exam in Hall Ticket No. 7051167 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to consider the information furnished by the petitioner regarding marks secured in intermediate examination to the 5th respondent by way of email."

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that in view of filing of WP.No.22999 of 2015, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
