Heard.

2. Counter affidavit filed by respondent No.3 shows that as per the orders of this Court in WP.No.31142 of 2011 dated 25.07.2012, the petitioner made a representation and that was considered and rejected by the SubDivisional Police Officer, Bapatla, under endorsement dated 26.09.2012.

3. The aforesaid order of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bapatla is not questioned by the petitioner so far and hence, the relief sought for in the writ petition questioning the opening of the rowdy sheet is no more available to the petitioner in view of the petitioner in view of the orders in the earlier writ petition, referred to above. The writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is so advised, it is open for him to challenge the said order of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bapatla dated 26.09.2012. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
