THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5066 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order in C.M.A.No.14 of 2010 dated 26.07.2012 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, filed against the order and decree in I.A.No.690 of 2006 in O.S.No.341 of 2006 dated 21.04.2007 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

The respondent No.1 herein filed I.A.No.690 of 2006 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of C.P.C for grant of interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with his peaceful possession during pendency of the suit. The Trial Court passed an interim order on 21.04.2017 and the same was confirmed by the I Additional District Judge, Kurnool in C.M.A.No.14 of 2010. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision is filed.

Now, it is informed by Senior Civil Judge's Court, Kurnool that O.S. No. 341 of 2006 was disposed of on 21.06.2013. Hence, in view of the disposal of the main suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
