HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.27504 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has placed before the Court the proceedings dated 01.10.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent.

A perusal of the proceedings dated 01.10.2018 goes to show that during pendency of this writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 01.10.2018 before appropriate forum.
