22-38 guntas in Vemulghat Village of Thoguta Mandal, Medak District from the respondent No 10 to 19 for the construction of Mallanna Sagar Reservoir by rejecting the objections of the petitioner by endorsement dated 29-09-2016 as arbitrary, illegal and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent No.1 to 9 and 20 not to obtain any registered sale deeds or make any payment of any consideration amount to the respondent No.10 to 19 or any other 3rd party in respect of land Ac.0-08 guntas in Sy.No.962, Ac.038 guntas in Sy.No.190, Ac.6-25 guntas in Sy.No.400, Ac.015 guntas in Sy.No.391, Ac.0-08 guntas in Sy.No.962, Ac.038 guntas in Sy.No.190, Ac.5-04 guntas in Sy.No.400, Ac.016 guntas in Sy.No.391, Ac.0-08 guntas in Sy.No.962, Ac.038 guntas in Sy.No.190, Ac.6-25 guntas in Sy.No.400, Ac.015 guntas in Sy.No.391 totalling Ac.

22-38 guntas in Vemulghat Village of Thoguta Mandal, Medak District and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice."

02. This Court granted interim order on 06-10-2016 not to disburse the compensation to respondents 10 to 19, pursuant to the endorsement dated 29-09-2016 for a period of three weeks and

extended on two occasions valid till reopening of the Court after Pongal Vacation, 2017. No further extension was granted.

03. Further according to respondents, even before the interim order was granted amount of compensation determined was already disbursed. It is also further averred that simple sale deeds were validated under exercise of powers under Section 5-A of Telangana State Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and against the order of validation, revision is pending before the Joint Collector. Since unregistered sale deeds were validated and compensation is already paid, nothing survives in the writ petition for consideration.

04. Leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedies as available in law with regard to validation and payment of compensation if so advised, the writ petition is dismissed.
