HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8582 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - A1, 33, 370 and 371 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in FIR No.179 of 2013 of Renigunta Urban Police Station, Chittoor Distroct, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 307, 332, 333, 120-B, 396, 397, 149 IPC r/w 20(1) (c )(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)(x) of A.P. Forest Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is stated that the charge sheet was filed in the above case. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that most of the witnesses were examined and the trial was concluded and the case is coming up for conclusion.

Considering the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
