When the matter was listed before this Court on 30.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of the same, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
