THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33238 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the representation submitted by them to 3rd respondent for providing power supply to petitioners' houses on 04-06-2015 is pending with 3rd respondent and he has not passed any orders thereon.

2. The said representation appears to have been sent by registered post with acknowledgment due and a copy of the receipt issued by the Postal Department has been filed in the material papers. It is presumed that therefore this representation would have reached the 3rd respondent. Even other wise the learned Standing Counsel for respondents can forward a copy of the said representation filed at page No.18 of the material papers to the 3rd respondent.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioners is that the said representation is not disposed of even though it is submitted 5 months back, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dt.04-06-2015 of the petitioners made to him within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

2. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in these Revisions shall stand closed.
