HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27679 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of 6th respondent, an entry was made into the Station General Diary; that after enquiry it is revealed that the dispute of the complainant is purely civil in nature relating to money transaction, as such the complainant was advised to seek his redressal in a competent court of law; and that as on today, no case was registered on the said complaint. It is also stated that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner nor summoned the petitioners to come to the police station or ask them to settle the matter with the unofficial respondents. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
