This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 17.08.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.298 of 2012 in Original Suit No.112 of 2009 by the III Additional District Judge, Ongole, whereunder the petition filed under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to appoint advocate commissioner to measure the plaint schedule property and identify the survey number in which the land adjacent to the South of Ongole-Kurnool road is situate with the assistance of Mandal Surveyor, Marripudi Mandal, was allowed.

As per the information received by this Court through ecourts website, the main suit was disposed of on 03.02.2016 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
