ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner sought deletion of his land from the list of prohibitory categories being Survey Nos.338/1 and 2 admeasuring Ac.9-03 cents and Ac.14-49 cents respectively at Bachalakurapadu Village, Konakalamitla Mandal. The said request appears to have been examined by the Tahsildar, fourth respondent, and recommended under his report dated 17.03.2015 and the third respondent in his further report dated 02.04.2015 also confirmed the recommendation. Petitioner states that thereafter the second respondent had not passed any order based on those reports and the revised list is not yet communicated to the fifth respondent.

3. Since the proposal for deletion of petitioner's land from the list of prohibitory category is already recommended by respondent Nos.3 and 4, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the reports and other attending circumstances and take appropriate decision in the matter expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
