THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5465 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order of suspension passed by the 3rd respondent - Project Director, District Management Agency, Prakasam District at Ongole, vide proceedings Rc.No.D5/1284/EGS/2014, dated 29.05.2015.

2. When the matter is called, an order passed by the Project Director, vide Rc.No.D5/1284/EGS/2014, dated 09.07.2015, removing the petitioner has been placed on record by the learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
