HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.6894 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-A.5 to quash proceedings in C.C.No.351 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 506 of I.P.C.

2) The Petitioner/A.5 and the defacto-complainant present and the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.6789 of 2015, along with the affidavit of the defacto-complainant praying to permit the parties to compound the offences since they have settled the disputes between them and they want to purchase peace. Accordingly, permission is accorded to the parties to compound the offences to subserve the ends of justice in view of their compromise by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. as they want to purchase peace.

3) Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.351 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
