CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.20032 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.20032 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for production of one B.Aadi Krishna, S/o.B.Venkata Narasaiah (hereinafter referred to as "the detenu") from illegal police custody and set him free. At the hearing, Smt.B.Mohana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on knowing about the filing of this writ petition, the police have shown formal arrest of the alleged detenu and produced him before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with liberty to the writ petitioner/or the alleged detenu to avail appropriate legal remedies, if the detenu was illegally arrested and detained.
