HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27449 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Raja Reddy Koneti for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's enjoyment and rights in the land in an extent of Ac 1-071⁄2 cents in D.No.336/ 8 situated in Narayanapuram Village of Dachepalli Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the above said land without following due process of law......".
The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions received from the 4th respondent. The relevant portion of the written instructions reads as follows :- " ..... as per the Adangal of Kesanupalli Village, the Sy.No.336-8 of total extent of Ac.12.14 cents, in some an extent is in possession of the pattadar's and some an extent is covered with the House sites and also some extent is as vacant and the petitioner name was not entered in WEB Land Adangal. And also no application has been received in this office by the petitioner for the said Sy.No.336-8 measuring an extent of 1.07.50 cents for entries in the wed Land......" By accepting and placing the written instructions on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
