The petitioners filed this writ petition questioning the notification dated 13.05.2008 issued by the 2nd respondent directing the 3rd respondent to recover P.F. & EDLIF contributions along with Administrative and Inspection charges from the Hire Charges Bill to be paid to them, as illegal and arbitrary. It is represented by Sri S.V. Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent-Corporation that in similar circumstances W.P.No.21665 of 2012 and batch was allowed by this Court on 30.01.2015. Following the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the order in W.P.No.21665 of 2012 and batch dated 30.01.2015. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
