HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29509 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not considering the petitioner's explanation 26-07-2017 to the show cause notice as well as not selecting the petitioner to the post of A.R. Men under B.C. B category in Cyberabad vide Registration No.365714 vide notification Rc. No. 151 / Rect/ADmn.I / 2015, dt.31.12.2015 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to select the petitioner as A.R. Men under B.C. B category in Cyberabad vide Registration No.365714 vide notification Rc.No.151/Rect/ADmn.I/2015, dt.31.12.2015."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

The case of the petitioner is that he was provisionally selected for the post of A.R Men. But, he was issued a show cause notice on 11.07.2017 stating that a criminal case was registered against him and to show cause as to why his provisional selection shall not be cancelled. The petitioner submitted explanation on 26.07.2017, but till date no orders are passed on the said explanation. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Since the petitioner has already submitted explanation on 26.07.2017 to the show cause notice, dated 11.07.2017, the respondent authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
