Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to go before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and also seeks a limited protection for a period of one week.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has been in enjoyment of a stay from 07.08.2018, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
