Heard counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 2, 4, 5 and 7.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied, if the representation filed on 10-10-2016 is directed to be considered and disposed of by respondents 4 to 7.

After perusing the representation dated 10-10-2016 and also the order of this Court in W.P.No.5130 of 2006, I am satisfied the request of petitioner is reasonable and timely decision is required. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 4 to 7 to dispose of representation dated 10-10-2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 10-10-2016 to respondents 4 to 7 along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
