THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12897 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard both sides and also the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Having heard both sides, this Court is of the considered view that the investigation in this case shall be proceeded to its logical conclusion to unearth the truth. Hence, the Police of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R.No.945 of 2011 and complete the investigation expeditiously and file the report before the concerned Court. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, it is directed to the police not to arrest the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A.1 to A.6 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
The investigation if reveals the commission of offences which the Police under any law are not supposed to investigate without the sanction of the Court, they shall bear in mind such situation and then only file final report. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
