Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.5.13 Gts., in Sy.No.913/2 of Chinnakonduru Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Bhongir, Yadadri District (Old Nalgonda District). The petitioner claims to have purchased the same through the registered sale deed dated 16.09.2016. After the purchase made, petitioner claims to have applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records. The said application was registered and assigned number bearing No.MU021601036382. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 2.
The message sent to the petitioner to his mobile on 03.10.2016 at 6:25 P.M., discloses that while communicating the assignment of application number, simultaneously petitioner was also informed to pay an amount of Rs.135/- towards service charges for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar passbook. It is now stated that the said intimation was complied by paying requisite amount and there is no other compliance required.

If that is so, the Tahsildar is directed to process the application made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the authority is not in agreement with the request for
PNR,J WP_28906_2017 assignment of mutation of name of the petitioner, he shall inform the same to the petitioner by assigning due reasons in support of the decision.
