This writ petition was filed alleging non-compliance of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure while investigating Crime No.38 of 2017 which was registered against the petitioner on the basis of complaint lodged by one K.Sudhakar on 16.02.2017. The complainant himself is an Advocate and the petitioner herein is also an Advocate. The complaint was lodged in respect of the incident that took place in the Court premises. In view of the relief sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due process of law including compliance with the provisions of Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. while investigating the crime.
