HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7700 of 2011

ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the 1st respondent that the issue between the parties has already been settled out side the Court by way of compromise and the copy of the said Memorandum of Compromise is made part of the record in Family Court Appeal No. 34/2012 dated 07.04.2017. According to the terms and conditions of the said Memorandum of Compromise the criminal case pending against the parties has to be withdrawn. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioners would submit that the present criminal petition has to be allowed by quashing the proceedings initiated against the petitioners in Crime No.147/2011 of the Police Station, Jagityal.

Sri S.M. Saifullah, counsel appearing on behalf of the counsel for the 1st respondent Sri Venkat Reddy, represents that all the issues between the parties have been already settled and the criminal petition can be allowed accordingly. 3.

In view of the above, the criminal petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No. 147/2011 dated 25.05.2011,for the offence under section 406, 418 and 506

IPC read with Section 6(2), 6(3)(a) of Dowry Prohibition Act, of Police Station Jagitial, Karimnagar District. The copy of the said Memorandum of Compromise shall be made part of the record. 4.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
