I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.12732 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District L.B. Nagar, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 5(i) is replaced with Hon'ble VI Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
