THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2908 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.18 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kovur, Sri Potti Sreeramulu Nellore District. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 29.03.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Subsequently, the matter was adjourned on four occasions. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
