Mrs. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel, on behalf of Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that since Maintenance Case No.18 of 2014 itself is disposed of by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VI-Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa, the cause in the present Revision does not survive, and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Revision Case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, as cause does not survive.
