Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or her learned counsel. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) would inform this Court that the preventive detention order which is the subject matter of this writ petition was thereafter revoked under G.O.Rt.No.13, General Administration (Spl. (Law & Order) Department, dated 05.01.2017. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
