HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20308 OF 2003 ORDER:

Mr. K.Sarva Bhouma Rao, counsel for petitioner through letter dated 23-3-2017, seeks leave of the court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail other remedies against modification of gallantry award issued to petitioner.

It is matter of record that on 24-9-2003, this court granted interim direction and pursuant to the interim direction, the son of petitioner has already completed the course into which he was admitted under gallantry quota.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law. It is made clear that since the petitioner's son secured admission and completed the course, the same shall not be disturbed in view of withdrawal of the Writ Petition. No order as to costs.
