THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 4th respondent in issuing impugned notice No.B/2358/2014, dated 27.12.2014 directing removal of the tin shed as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to allot the land admeasuring Ac.0.37 cents in Survey No.116 of Rekurthi Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District to the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession of the said land and constructed a tin shed thereon. His grievance is that the revenue authorities are trying to evict him from the said land by issuing the impugned notice, without following due process of law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to follow due process of law, before taking any steps for eviction of the petitioner from the land in question. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. _____________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Date: 07.01.2015 JSU/IVD
