THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27466 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 respectively. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein approached the second respondent-Municipal Corporation with a representation but the second respondent did not receive the same.
A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein to permit the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the second respondent, for redressal of his grievance. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the petitioner comes forward with a representation, appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit a representation/application, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation/application is submitted, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
