HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 6460 OF 2013 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the application submitted by the petitioner to grant Trade License in favour of the petitioner.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his application was considered and the Trade License was rejected and that he may be permitted to challenge the rejection order. 3.

In view of the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order of the Trade License in accordance with law.
